In this spirit, we invite you to a night of dancing to the greatest hits of all time — it’s worth securing a pair of comfortable dancing shoes already today.
Bringing our guests into the atmosphere of noble festivities, we begin with a festive dinner, followed by a tour of our Starost Manor. Period outfits inspired by 18th-century fashion are warmly welcome ?
The evening will be hosted by our wonderful curator and Starosta of Chęciny, Wit Chamera.
Dinner Menu:
Soup: Cream of porcini mushrooms
Main Course: Slow-braised beef with dumplings and beetroot–apple salad
Snacks:
– Manor pâté
– Batter-fried cod
– Roasted meats
– Herring in three variations
– Spinach roulade with sun-dried tomatoes and salmon
– Manor Salad (pickled pumpkin, green beans, egg, sweet-and-sour marinated carrot)
– Manor bread
Coffee service: coffee, tea, water, orange juice, Pepsi, Mirinda, 7-Up
Sweets: cheesecake, nut cake, assorted desserts
Next hot dish: turkey steak with sweet-potato gratin and a selection of salads with vinaigrette
Buffet dish: dumplings with cabbage and mushrooms, spinach dumplings, Świętokrzyskie dumplings
Next hot dish: beef Stroganoff with baguette
Alcohol: vodka and wine — one bottle per couple
We will welcome the New Year with a Polonaise in the courtyard, accompanied by a glass of champagne ?

Dance party hosted by: Thomas Martin — Polish DJ, vocalist, musician, and producer with a distinctive voice. One of the best event DJs in Poland. Thomas graduated from a music school as a violinist and began his career at the Rampa Theatre, performing for two years in The Riders on the Storm. He has performed at some of the most prestigious venues in Poland, including Atlas Arena and Hard Rock Cafe.
He appeared on TV shows Must Be The Music and Idol. He has supported and collaborated with numerous artists, including Natalia Nykiel, Ania Dąbrowska, Sylwia Grzeszczak, Robert Janowski, Mateusz Mijal, Krystyna Prońko, T.Love, Jimmie Wilson, Nick Sinckler, Alicja Majewska, Gromee, Piasek, Patrycja and Grzegorz Markowscy, Doda, and many others. He is a winner of the Musical Talents competition and currently performs throughout Poland and Europe.
